Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store, all while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time.
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
