Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team collaboration
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in inventory counts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
