Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
