Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
