Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize errors.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
