Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and creates a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
