Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Take part in store inventory counts and maintain cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
