Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the team and providing outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Maintain store security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
