Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring store security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
