Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
