Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is preferred
