Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and provide top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
