Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and share feedback with store management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Perform general cleaning tasks and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries
• Demonstrated communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
