Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive working environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's practices and competencies while serving customers.
• Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register operation proficiency.
• Capability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
