As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing excellent customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
