Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Perform assigned duties

Physical Requirements

• Stock merchandise and handle up to 45 pounds
• Engage in various physical tasks around the store
• Ability to work with or without accommodation

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Cash register and customer service skills
• Operate equipment and follow procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Compliance with state regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
