Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
