Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
