Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
