Job Description
We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your collaboration with the ALDI team and dedication to exceptional customer service will contribute to a productive and customer-friendly environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
- Compliance with cleaning standards and company policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Meet all state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage handling and sales.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
