Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains its high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform cleaning duties according to standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
