Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team collaboration.
• Report inventory, pricing, and any issues to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cashiering.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience valued.
