Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
