Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is advantageous
