Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

$16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain data security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
