Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are stocked efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, participate in store counts, and report any issues.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to ensure security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
