We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing top-notch customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI M.A.P. competencies.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with the team and report to store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash handling.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma preferred.
