Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
