Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
