Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store maintains high standards in merchandising, customer service, and overall cleanliness. Your contribution will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and uphold ALDI's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory activities, monitor stock levels, and report any issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
