Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and potential improvements
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various tasks around the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
