Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join us at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. mindsets and competencies required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and adhere to company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
