Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store security procedures.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
