Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neatly stocked shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
