Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. As a member of the team, you will assist with merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash registers and equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
