Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in welcoming and assisting our customers throughout their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and keep merchandise displays in order.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience considered a plus.
