Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Contribute to inventory management and accurate store counts.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
