Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
