Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
