Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining store cleanliness, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our high standards of service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Execute general cleaning duties and follow company protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
