Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle merchandise efficiently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Capability to operate cash register and store equipment
