Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, clean, and provides exceptional service to our customers. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will be an essential part of enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and uphold security standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
• Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
