Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with your colleagues and management to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting shoppers.
• Work in harmony with the team and provide feedback to improve operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate equipment and handle inventory.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to work independently and within a team environment.
