Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
