Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory, and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform inventory counts and handle products with care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
