Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our store's functionality and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and providing exceptional service, your contributions will be essential to the store's success.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s core values and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service, assist customers with inquiries, and cooperate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory management, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to inventory procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to financial policies and uphold security protocols.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
