Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will handle various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
