We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
