Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join the vibrant team at our ALDI store. As a crucial part of our workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
