Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store maintains its high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays with care.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
